I'm having a problem in 3.3 with a change set supposed to contain a
class rename.
If I rename a class the rename does not appear in the current change
set. This of course breaks any change set I try to distribute needing
such a thing.

It's also the case that all changes applied to the class before the
rename won't get included in the fileout.

Or is there a different way to do this now?
