This is my first hack at a blinking text insertion point (Morphic only).
Tested on Squeak3.2Gamma-4857.

On a large display, it is very easy to lose the text insertion point. This
changeset implements the standard blinking caret.

This is a basic implementation, it doesn't sit very well with Squeak just
yet. When there are windows with several text panes, several blinking carets
come to life. However, I've found it useful in my day to day work.
