This version has some really necessary fixes and tweaks for CommentNotePad that didn't make it into the last version.  I really recommend upgrading to 1.18!

Shortened auto-blurb generated by CommentNotePad. Fixed QA-tag check-boxes ( "Documented", "Reviewed", etc. ) so that they show up in the subject line of the email generated by the CommentNotePad.

Did some preliminary work for the next version of CommentNotePad ( browse to CommentNotePad2 to see the current rough draft ).
