This release finally folds in some fixes that are a
bit overdue for inclusion. (Sorry about that, Ken,
Ned, Doug and Daniel!) There are also some minor
enhancements to prepare for BFAV 2.0.  This release
should be the final 1.x version of the BFAV, barring
any significant bugs.
