[ENH] SoundSystemCleanup-gk ( [er][et] needs a little work )

This is not the problem ken. There are all kind of stuff to be fixed in 
Squeak and beeper is just a stupid class that
does not deserve that we spend again time on it. I was tired and went 
to sleep. So now if you want to change it again
it is up to you. and this is true that beeper was over engineered but 
it does not harm. and there are a lot of place in Squeak
that have been sub engineered and we should focus on them because they 
harm us and changes.
