French translation

1- Now should I conclude that the fr.translation file will be in 3.8 
because this is important for us?
We are getting some articles in french mag and we would like to give 
3.8 (yes 3.8 and not 3.7 and not 3.8 gamma :)) in french.

2- should we check and translate some missing pieces that you already 
translated in japanese?
You mentioned that in one of your email but I did not understand it.
