[BUG][FIX] ScamperTagParsing ( [et][sm][su][er] looks good, but is this desired? )

The code itself in this changeset is excellent, and it even includes a
test case.  However, is this actually desirable behavior?  Standard HTML
should not have this kind of tag in it, last I checked.
