Tested and reviewed in 3.9a 6520.  The revised cs works as advertised,
plus Alejandro did a little bit of refactoring to create some intention
revealing selectors. (thanks).
This cs does change 3 methods which BFAV overides.  So installing it
will mean that the mail out option will not bring up the
DecentReviewerNotePad.  This is not so bad since you can still send a cs
the old fashioned way.
I have prepared a cs for BFAV to take into account Alejandro's changes
to these methods. So once this goes into the update stream, I will
release a revised BFAV.
