[BUG][FIX] Scamper doesn't start in 3.7a-5526 ( [sm] Tweaked Boris fix a bit. )

Attached is a new changeset that I think is ready for harvest.
It fixes two problems:
- AttributeTextStream got broken, not sure when.
- Opening DOS files from filelist in Scamper didn't work. Problem with
FileUrl.
