[FIX][3.2][3.4][3.5] FileList and SubMenu ( [er][et][sm][cd] Needs to be fixed and resubmitted )

Tested StandardFileStream: before and after installing cs. Got the
debugger in both cases.  Suspect the problem is that the cancel choice
is #3 while fix tests for isZero.

Tested MenuMorph: before and after installing cs using the following
MenuMorph example add: 'submenu' subMenu: MenuMorph example; 
openInWorld
Unfortunately this test works w/o the cs.  Can you suggest a test that
failures before and works after your fix?
