[BUG][FIX]ServerDirectory ( [er][sm][et] also fixes UIUC ServerDirectory path )

I am as uncertain as the author as to whether this is the "correct" fix
or not but it does fix the problem described.  It also fixes the
annoying loop one runs into when accessing a non-existant directory.  In
addition to the author's comments this change set also sets a new
directory for the UIUC ServerDirectory entry.  The 3.7 image uses
'/Smalltalk/Squeak/Goodies' which no longer exists.  This change set
changes it to '/Smalltalk/Squeak'.  Thanks Karl!  This makes
ServerDirectories so much less fussy.
