[ENH] TimesInBFAV-nk ( [er][sm][et] works for me )

Odd... I just tried it and it worked for me.

Virgin 5816 image.

Installed the BFAV Installer package v2.09 (not the BFAV package, of course) 
from SM

Open BFAV

load DateTimeFactoredPrint-nk as noted in the preamble of the TimesInBFAV-nk 
CS

load TimesInBFAV-nk

close BFAV

PatchArchive clearRegistry.

reopen BFAV

everything looks fine.
