Once I followed Ned's instructions, that is....  ;)

The BDAV2 Installer load script should either call "PatchArchive
clearRegistry" or perhaps  regenerate the postLabelMap Dictionary stored
on PatchArchive, if that second approach is (a) correct and (b) faster.
