[FIX] Proper Endianness restoration ( [su][et] BitmapStreamTests v4: add tests for ShortIntegerArray and ShortPointArray )

This version of BitmapStreamTests adds four new tests that catch
cross-platform serialization problems in ShortIntegerArray and
ShortPointArray. These tests pass on the Macintosh and fail on Intel
platforms (at least on Linux).
