[FIX] animated gifs & frame-differencing ( [closed] Already in 3.8-6665 )

In the process of moving items from BFAV to Mantis, I realized the
corresponding changeset (found in the mailing list) appears to be
already included in 3.8-6665, so I am closing this item without moving
it to the Mantis database. If I am misunderstanding and this is not the
case, or if this issue requires attention in 3.9, please report this
issue on Mantis.
