[SqueakDBX] Problem with Czech characters

Hi,

and thanks. I installed full Oracle Client (with Czech language support) and
now I have in register

NLS_LANG=CZECH_CZECH REPUBLIC.EE8MSWIN1250.

And it works. Of course, in Squeak I have to convert from CP1250.
