I think you shouldn't get too hooked up on these roles lest the become
leading. The important thing is that there a Guides and that they are
instrumental in setting the agenda for the community (based on some intricate
social process with lots of feedback loops yaddayadda). Whatever needs to be
done, defines the Roles. I hope there'll be a Guide of Croquet Integration in
six months, when the 'Detanglement' role will be something of the past. 

It's fluid, go with the flow (did you tell you about the River of Roal that
flows through the Blue and Plink Plains of Squeakland, which changes its route
with every rain season?)
