:-) Lots of "suspenders on" here!

Anyway, yes, I agree. I just wanted to have some little, little
structure about who is doing what. That's all. And I have been bitching
about it enough so if the other Guides don't see the need for this then
so be it - perhaps it is not needed.

Note: I hate bureaucracy. So this is the *only* structure I ask for
becuase I really like personal responsibility.
