[Squeakfoundation]Harvesting

I think this may be a good idea. Right now, we do have a number of
people with "harvesting priviledges", but only a few people have done
any active harvesting. (Daniel, Tim and myself, I think.) I thought
it was appropriate to have all Guides and SqC members have the ability
to harvest items (given the experience level), but since none of them
really "volunteered" to harvest, I can't expect them to harvest on a
regular basis.

See http://swiki.squeakfoundation.org/squeakfoundation/99

So yes, it would probably be a good idea to get some more Harvesting
Volunteers on board. By volunteering, they would be promising to
harvest stuff once per month or so. Which doesn't absolutely guarantee
that it will get done, but at least they could be made to feel guilty
if they don't live up to their promises... ;-)
