The 3.7-7 VM looks at the SQUEAK_USERDIR environment variable to  
determine the user directory.

Do we need to add a SQUEAK_SECUREDIR envvar, too? Currently, we  
always use the "/secure" subdirectory of the image directory, which  
normally amounts to $(HOME)/.npsqueak/secure.
