[squeakland] double-click on .pr file in windows 7

Lou, sorry for my ambiguity.

At key :   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Etoys.Project\shell\open\command
type vallue: "C:\Program Files\Etoys\Etoys.exe\" "C:\Program
Files\Etoys\Resources\Etoys.image" "%1"
or fix typo of "Resources" in the image path.
