[V3dot10] Good reason for removing package

Hello harvesters,

just joined and browsed a little.

I disagree with something Stef has written in 
http://squeak310.pbwiki.com/FixRequests.
He said remove ComplexNumber because they are buggy...

Ouch, if we follow this argument and remove all buggy packages we might 
strip the image very hard!

I would rather say,
- correct ComplexNumber because they are buggy (are they really that 
buggy?)...
- or remove ComplexNumber because they are not used

Please Stef, could you reformulate?
