[V3dot10] 3.9.1 now a reasonable size.

I have no idea how this happened but the initial 3.9 image which builds 
were using was starting at 65Mb. I was sure that this was a virgin copy 
from ftp.squeak.org, but it cant have been.

So having zapped this image and allowed the build system to find a fresh 
copy, 3.9.1 is now a more sensible 17Mb.
