[V3dot10] Re: 3.10.2-rc is missing TTCFont registry fixes M6577FontRegFix-wiz.2.cs

3.10.2 is an extremely quick release (3.5 hours + wait for rc testing)
only meant to address the immediate complaints about 3.10.1 and not
every possible problem.  As long as I have not introduced any new
problems and have addressed the two concerns the Board wanted me to
address then I've met my goals for 3.10.2.  Lots of other things can use
fixing, more than any individual release can address.  So each release
must have a clear definition of scope, this particular one is
exceedingly small intentionally.

I intend to reply to your email from Friday in the next couple of days.
