What is the plan?

Hi guys

I would like to help to get a really cool 3.9 image.

- I got some contact with romain and he told me that he is 
revising/cleaning/making simpler his service pakages.
So this means that it would be good to ask fro review on squeak-dev 
when he has something.

- now that OB is getting ready and romain did a lot of extensions for 
it using services this would be a good match.

- I would really like to have the refactoring engine nicely integrated 
in the image ( but in a way that we can remove it if necessary)

- May be the new compiler would be good.

for the low level enh:
	- the self evaluating enh we did with alex is good
	- the enh of bert for := in presence of unicode
	- PluggableListMorph refactoring
	- andrew association cleaning

How do we proceed? do you have a list of todo?
