[V3dot9] New Sources file for 3.9?

Hi,

The V3.sources is 13.9 MB, the changes of 3.9 are 13.4MB after  
condensing. (as large as the image...)
So I vote for writing a new sources file.

It might even be interesting to test if Dan's source file compression  
code works in 3.9 (it was harvested, but
not used much since then). This then would give a 1:3 compression for  
the .sources, making Squeak
seem much much smaller...
