[V3dot9] 7053: move to gamma

| The last beta version of Squeak 3.9 is now available:

| This version is canditate for 3.9gamma after some testing.

The changeset for writing a new sources file and setting the
version to gamma is in the update stream, so this can be
tested by just loading updates.

If there are no real big problems, we should go gamma tommorow.
