Of course there are big problems:
	- Objects tool, go to tools --> broken.
	- SqueakMap completely broken.
	- there is something very strange when e.g. mc tries to
	  open a dialog (try to load over a dirty package).

This of course confirms again that waiting with "simple" stuff
(like the underscore conversion) is a *bad* idea: re-loading all
that code with MC can have very bad effects...

But I'm now much too tired to debug...

Maybe I just should have not done the _ conversion. That might
habe been better.
