[Webteam] Changing the site

When changing anything on the site please remember to use the Snapshot
tool (last link on the toolbar, under the header banner).  I just
snapshot'ed it but the last snapshot was on January 31.  This is a
precaution to make sure we don't lose data again (until we have time
to get something better in place of course).
