[Webteam] Suggestion for Squeak Website

The top paragraph on the page links to Craigs site which list all the 
missing contributer info and the pdf. The address to mail to is on the 
pdf. You have to snail mail a signed printout, as far as I know, for it 
to be a legally valid document.

Anybody else find the current situation unclear and have some input ?
