Nota Bene: I added plugin support for NaCl, from another's work in Cuis. I got one function working to test for plugin availability, but failed to get other FFI working. I bailed and disabled it for now so I can focus on my priorities. It is in ProCrypto.release.3 config.
Run the following to load all and test.
Installer ss project: 'Cryptography'; install: 'ProCrypto.release.3'.
