[Cryptography Team] Re: [ProCrypto.release.3] Note the release.3 with disabled NaCl support

The main changes I’ve made to. CryptoASN1 is to support different application classes for custom types. I prolly not testing it properly. Please understand, all my cables were tangled up on the floor. I’m straight.

Nota Bene: I added plugin support for NaCl, from another's work in Cuis. I got one function working to test for plugin availability, but failed to get other FFI working. I bailed and disabled it for now so I can focus on my priorities. It is in ProCrypto.release.3 config.
