Hi Levente, your recent change to #hashMessage: broke a ElGamal test, so this repairs it. The issue was the test was trying to hash a LargePositiveInteger, coming from SecureRandom. I convert prior to hashing. I am attaching the fileOut. Furthermore, the package is updated

Finally, I have updated both ProCrypto,release.2 and ProCrypto.release.3 to reflect this and other changes. 371 tests #green. Yay! Stable baseline so I can now develop the v3.9 ParrotTalk protocol...
