As part of some other music projects I'm doing, I've added MIDI support
to Flow. This was originally going to be a version 3 feature, but now I
plan to make it part of the next version 2 release. I've also fixed the
NetStream buffering bug that Stephen Rudlof reported a while ago, and
written regression tests for the ExternalResource hierarchy (which use
and exercise the Correspondent hierarchy).
Those tests work, and I'm happy with the MIDI stuff, so I think the
next release should be 2 gamma. I plan to make it available on Friday, 7
March 2003. It'll be at the Flow website (http://netjam.org.flow).
