Gee, some things don't belong there? I can't believe that!!!! Which version does the unload work in?

For what it's worth, here's a script to orphan stuff in Network-Url that IMHO doesn't belong there.
This is easy to do if you happen to be familiar with the code in question. Whenever we take this process seriously, creating all of these packages is going to be easy.
