[Box-Admins] Apache down

www.squeak.org was again unresponsive and pegging the CPU. I killed it
and checked the .image file and it is irregularly large, 88MB. I
checked the backups and although they vary all the backups from the last
5 days have similarly large images. So I just started it up again with
the current image. It's fine for now, but I have to wonder how long it
will remain up.
