[Cryptography Team] Cryptography-Base

I'm ok with renaming base to Cryptograpy-RandomAndPrime.  I updated the
configuration with Cryptography-Base for now.  How does everyone feel about
deleting CryptographyBase to eliminate confusion?  Down side is that we lose
history.
