Upgrading legacy repositories

Sorry, I forgot to mention!

Anyone who has legacy repositories from the pre-queries release posted
yesterday will no longer be able to open them with the new version
unless you run:

  MagmaRepositoryController upgrade5To6: fullyQualifiedPathString

I tested this on an output repository from running full test suite of
version 5 and was then able to open it and browse around in version 6. 
Of course, I would back up my database files before doing an upgrade
even if it was Oracle..
