r41Alpha2 is posted to the "Magma Tester" project of squeaksource.com.

After being reminded that Gjaller is based in 3.8, I decided to
withdraw the #executeInServer: aBlock function in lieu of
performInServer:withArguments:.

This allowed reverting the server #protocol to not require all the
classes associated with Blocks, which was a bigger step into low-level
dependencies than I want to commit to at this time.
