Magma on Seaside 2.8 mini-image

Thanks Keith.

I'm not looking to use older images, just smaller ones since I want to
keep memory consumption down on the VPS where I'm hosting a Seaside
app.

Why do you suggest 3.10?  Is this more stripped-down than 3.9?
