If we really go with intentional naming they should IMHO be named:

altText -> alternativeText
multipart -> encoding

But note that #multipart: does not that a String with the encoding as
an argument. It takes a boolean whether it is multipart or not.
#beMultipart would probably have been a better name than #multipart.
