Hi

Issue 388 [1] states that Character class >> #value: should be
replaced with  #codePoint: because the later is ANSI standard. I see
two problems with this. The first is that our codebase currently uses
#value:. I wouldn't mind changing this though. The bigger problem is
that in Squeak the arguments for  #codePoint: have to be between 0 and
255.

I see two options:
- keep #value:
- use #seasideCodePoint:
