[Seaside-dev] What is our Mission Statement?

Seaside Developers,

I think we need a clear mission statement on the website to avoid
endless discussions like "[Seaside] rails niceties equivalents?".

In my opinion we should not try to solve all possible problems, but
instead focus on specific target that has to be clearly formulated in
a mission statement. I am afraid, that if we try to satisfy everybody
we become indistinct.
