[Seaside-dev] Config tool prototype

Hi!

I have uploaded a prototype for a new hopefully improved config tool.
If it will be finished it should address some open issues.
A lot of feedback is welcome!

- prototype for new configuration tool
    - should address some open issues if it will be finished
    - no changes on current editors at the moment
    - to test it change the root class of /config to WAConfigurationTool
    - still work in progress, css is inline, no refactoring,...
