[Seaside-dev] Configuration of Seaside30 version 3.1.0

We should indeed consolidate a new configuration that:
- includes all changes to the 'old' ConfigurationOfSeaside30 in the 3.0 repository
- is able to load both 3.0 and 3.1 (~= the current ConfigurationOfSeaside30 in 3.1 repository)
- references the new repository location

Right now, the script is fetching all versions to push to the new repository location. I have created the Seaside30 repository on SmalltalkHub as being owned by the Seaside team and will proceed with moving all the related repos (including 2.8) too.

I can probably assist with the configuration afterwards. Once that is done, we need to broadcast this:
- update website
- send out emails
