[Seaside] Upgrading to 2.5a-avi.3

After an upgrade to SeaSide 2.5a-avi.3, the only URL I can visit is
/seaside/config. Any other (my application and the examples) gives me
back:

| MessageNotUnderstood: UndefinedObject>>application:
| 
| Comanche/6.2 (unix) Server at localhost Port 9090

without any debug link that I could use to trace it.
