[Seaside] VW Seaside V 2.5.11 from Cincom Store does not load

Yes I start loading the Seaside Web-Toolkit bundle. It then loads 
Seaside-VW bundle which is a prereq. of the Seaside Web-Toolkit bundle. 
While loading the later bundle I get an exception due to one of the 
missing files given below. This is when I load the new version of 
seaside posted April 28, 2004 by mbany. I have loaded previous versions 
successfully.
