[Seaside] VW Seaside V 2.5.11 from Cincom Store does not load

Michel,
	OK I created a psql_public_cst and in that directory a directory 
Seaside. I did get further in the process. Once I loaded many of the 
packages by hand I think I got Seaside loaded. I think that my main 
problem now is that I can not successfully load such a large system 
from the public store during the day without restarting the process a 
number of times, which can lead to problems.
