[Seaside] w3 validator doesn't pass many seaside/pier pages

http://www.searchenginejournal.com/seo-importance-of-valid-source-code-w3c-validation/5166/
points out that search engines and other web bot tools may not be as
forgiving as the main browsers, so content from non-standard pages may
not show up on google and other sites.
