[Seaside] w3 validator doesn't pass many seaside/pier pages

That's just one error and this one is simply a nesting problem. Not
ideal but not a big deal as well.

Again the same nesting problem repeated several times. It's probably
best to report them on the Pier mailing list [1]. In the simplest case
it's just a problem with the template.
